RETURNS

All returns must be posted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email our team at hello@rkstockcraft.co.uk to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and included your proof of purchase and return to the address below

Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your returns.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products please contact us immediately with photographic proof of the defect so that we can arrange to resolve as quickly as possible for you.
