The Browning Heritage Hunter 20-gauge is a refined over-and-under shotgun built on the reliable B525 platform, manufactured by Miroku in Japan. It combines traditional design with modern craftsmanship, offering exceptional balance and a smooth shooting experience. Featuring a robust action with elegant sideplates engraved with subtle game scenes, it also showcases high-grade oil-rubbed walnut woodwork, with fine chequering and a semi-pistol grip. Its 15-inch length of pull and well-proportioned drop at comb make it comfortable to handle, while the gun’s slightly heavier weight—around 7 pounds—adds to its stability and helps manage recoil, making it especially suitable for upland and driven game shooting.
Performance-wise, the Heritage Hunter is fitted with multi-choke Invector or Invector-Plus barrels, capable of handling steel shot and 3-inch cartridges. It includes a crisp single inertia trigger and a top-tang safety that can be configured as manual or automatic.
