GUN SERVICING & REPAIRS
At R&K we pride ourselves in our capability in providing a full workshop experience for you and your gun! We have an inhouse gunsmith with over 20 years of experience in shotguns, rifles and air rifles and are able to complete servicing and repairs on most models of guns at our Stony Stratford site. We have also developed a trusted network of gunsmiths, master craftsman in woodwork, rifle barrel work and reproofing, where more detailed or bespoke work can be completed.

OUR SERVICES
We major in pre-charged pneumatic and spring powered air-gun repairs. R&K is proud to be a registered repair centre for major brands such as Air Arms & Daystate air-guns. Our onsite air rifle specialist undertakes all manor of repair work including, problem diagnosis, full re-spring / re-seal, regulator fitting, scope mounting, zeroing and chronograph certifications.
A recoiling shotgun is always working hard to undo the nuts, bolts, pins, and screws that hold it together. When any part of a gun becomes loose things can quickly become unsafe for, operator, and gun!
To ensure safety, Â longevity and avoid malfunction in the field, shotguns benefit from regular cleaning and servicing.
R&K are able to provide in house shotgun servicing to all makes models and calibres of shotgun.
Maintaining consistent accuracy is what  every rifleman & woman should aspire to. Making sure your rifle outfit is fit for purpose is of the utmost importance. Regular barrel inspections, scope and mount checks are essential to making sure you hit your mark consistently.
R&K offer service and repairs to all makes and models of centrefire and rimfire rifles.
Book in with one of our team who can talk you through shotgun mount, eye dominance and gun fit. Should you require any adjustments, we can offer full customisation, to your specific needs.
We can provide customisation of shotgun stocks, covering the reduction or lengthening of  LOP, recoil pad fitting and woodwork re-finishing in house. Repairs to cracked stocks or for-ends, standard stocks converted to adjustable combs or custom fitting of  adjustable butt pads or specialised recoil systems can be arranged through one of our external, trusted master craftsman.
FAQs
Currently an over & under Shotgun, standard air rifle and rifle service are £140. A sideplated shotgun and electronic air rifle are £200.
We recommend having your gun serviced at least once a year. If you are a game shooter, be sure to bring your gun in with plenty of time for the season ahead! If you have an urgent date requirement, please let us know and we will do our best to meet this for you!
We offer servicing, pad fitting, barrel bluing and recrowning, stock alterations and refinishes and much more! Please ask one of the team for a quote.
